Welcome to Carers’ Holistic Health and Wellbeing. 

I am Amanda, a mother and carer of a child with multiple diagnoses, including a rare physical condition requiring on going surgical intervention. I understand firsthand the challenges that come with navigating complex needs.

My own experiences led me to create Carers’ Holistic Health and Wellbeing—with the hope of helping others find the support and resources that can truly help make a difference along the journey.

We have a range of compassionate practitioners specialising in a variety of modalities dedicated to nurturing the health and wellbeing of carers.

Carer Burnout is real and the need for support and understanding in the challenges that carers can face is so important – from stress and overwhelm, being overreactive or hypervigilant, low energy and lack of motivation, fatigue, anxiety and depression, isolation and connection with others, health issues, lack of sleep, health anxiety, juggling and multitasking roles, and minimal time for self-care – can all lead to carer burnout.

This website was created with the intention to look after carers, connect with others who may have similar experiences and receive genuine support so no one ever feels alone.

Emotional Support and Self-Care is a holistic and integrated approach to your physical & mental health

Amanda is a Holistic Health and Bodywork Therapist with over 15 years’ experience in holistic and alternative therapies, incorporating many different forms of training along the way. She has a strong passion for supporting carers to help them with their overall health and wellbeing. Her main sessions are primarily focused on Emotional Support and Emotional Release Sessions along with Self-Care Bodywork Sessions that support the nervous system.

Online Emotional Support Sessions

These online sessions are designed to support you by using a holistic framework that recognises the deep connection between the mind and body.

By addressing unprocessed emotions, events or trauma, it can have a direct impact on our daily lives and a transformative impact on our physical and mental health.

Releasing these unresolved emotions and events can help with current situations that may be causing us stress and anxiety, triggering patterns, feelings of depression, limiting beliefs, procrastination or sabotaging behaviors.

These sessions not only support your overall mental and physical health, but can also help you  feel more present, resilient, and capable in your role as a carer.

Online bodywork

Online Self-Care Bodywork Session

These sessions are a personalised, one-on-one appointment guided by Amanda and conducted online, allowing you to relax and receive support in the comfort of your own home.

Through mindful connection to your body and breath, Amanda will help guide you with a range of holistic and alternative techniques to help support and relax the nervous system, finding any blockages throughout the body where tension or emotion might be stored and using gentle release points to bring a sense of calm.

Bodywork sessions are supportive self-care techniques that allows your mind and body a chance to unwind, rebalance and reset.
