Carer and Parental Burnout is real. As much as caring for someone can be rewarding it can also bring its challenges and the need for support and understanding in the difficulties that some carers can face is so important.
Stress / overwhelm / isolation / lack of connection with others or community / fatigue / exhaustion / loss of self / overthinking / emotionally and mentally taxing / overreactive or hypervigilant / low energy / lack of motivation / anxiety and depression / lack of concentration / health issues / lack of sleep / health anxiety / multitasking higher than normal roles and responsibilities / guilt, resentment or uncertainty / physical discomfort / minimal time for self-care.
These are some of the challenges for carers, so this website was created with the intention to provide genuine care for carers and create connections with others who are on the same journey or share similar experiences so no one feels alone or unsupported.

Welcome to Carers’ Holistic Health and Wellbeing.
I’m Amanda, a mother and carer of a child with multiple diagnoses, including a rare physical condition requiring on going surgical intervention. I understand firsthand the challenges that come with navigating complex needs.
My own experiences led me to create Carers’ Holistic Health and Wellbeing—with the hope of helping others find the support or resources that may help make a difference along the way.
We have a range of compassionate practitioners specialising in a variety of modalities dedicated to nurturing the health and wellbeing of carers.
In the last 15 years through the use of holistic and alternative therapies I have been supporting my clients wellbeing.
I have a passion for supporting carers and I look forward to connecting with you soon.

Emotional Support and Self-Care is a holistic and integrated approach to your physical & mental health
Amanda is a Holistic Health and Bodywork Therapist with over 15 years’ experience in holistic and alternative therapies, incorporating many different forms of training along the way. She has a strong passion for supporting carers to help them with their overall health and wellbeing. Her main sessions are primarily focused on Emotional Support and Emotional Release Sessions along with Restorative Self-Care Bodywork Sessions that support the nervous system.

Releasing unresolved emotions and events can help us with past or current situations that may be causing us stress, anxiety, triggering patterns, feelings of depression, limiting beliefs, procrastination or sabotaging behaviors.
By addressing unprocessed emotions, events or trauma, it can have a direct impact on our daily lives and a transformative impact on our physical and mental health, bringing balance back to our lives.

Online Restorative Self-Care Bodywork
Through mindful connection to your body and breath, Amanda will help guide you with a range of holistic and alternative techniques to help support and relax the nervous system.
By using a range of supportive self-care techniques, finding and releasing any blockages in the body where tension or emotion might be stored, allowing for flow throughout our body and a chance for our nervous system to unwind, rebalance and reset.
